Alpha provides for intuitive dispatch reservation operations and offers powerful database management features. Alpha and Charlie deliver detailed billing to subscribing clients, subscriber identification and screen pop functionality; as well as report generation, driver payment management and subscriber billing for vehicle for hire, and para-transit operations.
